Operations Coordinator will be responsible for handling reservations and supporting the Travel Designers of the Premium Italy team in delivering seamless experiences.
This role includes managing bookings with suppliers, coordinating services, and ensuring operational excellence across multiple destinations.
Responsibilities
- Manage service requests and bookings for premium clients (transfers, tours, guides, tickets, and other services).
- Confirm reservations and maintain strong relationships with suppliers.
- Support Travel Designers in the operational phase of their itineraries.
- Monitor service execution to ensure flawless customer experience.
- Keep booking information updated in company systems.
- Collaborate with the team to optimize processes and improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Languages: Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken) and Spanish. Portuguese is considered a strong plus.
- IT skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with booking systems.
- Soft skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
