Carrani Tours proudly announces that it has obtained the Gender Equality Certification, as outlined in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR or NGEU).

ICQD Italy (Italian Committee for Quality in Destination) – an organization accredited by ACCREDIA that promotes and ensures quality in Italian tourist destinations to guarantee a better experience for tourists and enhance the competitiveness of Italian destinations internationally – has awarded Carrani Tours Certificate No. 190PdG/25 in accordance with UNI/PdR 125:2022 for the following scope of application:

Carrani Tours is now officially an organization with a certified gender equality management system. This important recognition confirms the company’s concrete commitment to adopting policies and practices aimed at promoting equity, inclusion, and equal opportunities. The certification, granted following a structured process of analysis and evaluation, measures and enhances the company’s performance in six key areas: culture and strategy, governance, HR processes, growth opportunities, pay equity, and maternity protection/work-life balance. The goal of the certification is to promote gender equality, female empowerment, and improve workforce inclusion. Among the benefits, it includes a contribution exemption (up to 1% of contributions) and a scoring advantage in public tenders and European and national funding opportunities.
